Hello, I'm Kathleen (Kathi) Paquette, a proud resident of Manchester, NH. This beautiful state has been my home for 46 years, where I was raised, raised my own children, and continue to cherish our many unique communities.
Family is the cornerstone of my life. I am a devoted daughter, actively involved in caring for my elderly mother. I am also a proud parent of four beautiful children and a grandmother to two perfect baby boys. My husband, a dedicated first responder and emergency room nurse, and I share a deep commitment to serving our community.
My family's connection to Manchester runs deep. My father, my children, and I have attended Manchester public schools. After graduating from college in New Hampshire, I spent over 25 years working in the medical field, specializing in care for special needs children and the elderly. My professional journey includes significant time in the Manchester school system and with the Visiting Nurses Association in the greater Manchester area.
As a small business owner in the travel industry, I am passionate about supporting our local business community. I understand the challenges businesses face and am committed to advocating for their needs. New Hampshire deserves a thriving business environment, and I am dedicated to helping to achieve that.
My passion for making a positive impact in our community began with advocacy. I have worked alongside legislators from New Hampshire and beyond, as well as on a federal level, to bring about meaningful change for the adopted community. My community service extends to supporting those in need with food, participating in community clean-ups, and helping to maintain our parks and public areas. I have founded a community group and neighborhood watch, fostering a sense of pride and safety in our neighborhood.
Beyond my professional and community work, I treasure every moment spent with my family. I love exploring new places, meeting new people, and engaging in various hobbies such as traveling, cruising, gardening, reading, attending live music events, and visiting local breweries. In my free time, you might also find me walking my two rescue pugs around the neighborhood or on nearby rail trails.
As a resident of New Hampshire for over four decades, I am deeply committed to preserving our state's family values, prioritizing education, and ensuring the safety of our businesses and homes. I am dedicated to making a positive impact and bringing about meaningful change for our community.
I am passionate about the future of New Hampshire and am committed to serving our community with transparency and integrity. Together, we can make New Hampshire a state we are all proud to call home
I am lucky enough to continuing to be traveling with my parents who are both in their 80's. Here we are visiting the Coliseum in Rome.
I wouldn't be anything without the most important people in my life. I treasure moments like this one.
